The shipping services we offer are;

• Royal Mail International Tracked - £14.95-£19.95

• USA orders are temporarily capped at £100 GBP

The delivery aim for Royal Mail International is 5-7 working days. Delays may occur due to the recent Royal Mail cyber incident.

Due to the nature of the product and the inherent difficulty in shipping it we do not accept exchanges or returns on any bottles. If your order arrives damaged or with incorrect items we will of course remedy the situation.

We have very few issues with customs with 99% of our orders getting through just fine but where we do encounter an issue we always refund or reship your order.

Sometimes international orders can take a little longer than expected so we may ask to give your order time before we refund/reship in case it's still on it's way with you.
